As meditation and mindfulness coach, I led sessions, talks and workshops for EXPO2020 DUBAI during the pandemic (physical and then online), for universities and other departments of EXPO2020 Dubai.

I was doing this as a side job until I decided to change career and dedicate myself fully into this career.

I have put in place “B.A.D.A.S.S. ™, an inner Safari”, a program that runs for 9 weeks.

B.A.D.A.S.S. stand for:

An Inner Safari (safari meaning journey in Swahili) as it is a journey within that we will do together and from where you will come back to be the BADASS, actor of your Life!

Within 9 weeks, we go step by step exploring together what triggers you and how you react to it; within this time we also go deeper into your resilience; increasing capacity in your nervous system to hold space for intense emotions without being overwhelmed.

We meet weekly for sessions lasting between one hour and two hours and half, where I guide you through various breathing exercises and meditation techniques. Together, we explore different themes, focusing on the importance of being fully present and how we respond to both external events and our inner experiences.

There is a daily follow-up linked to the exercise you will receive and audio meditations sent to you.

The goal of this program is to help you cultivate a deeper sense of awareness in your daily life, witness positive changes within, and discover the meditation practices that resonate best with you - on the week 9, we put in place the best routine for you with inner tools that resonated the most for you.
